Port-A-Cool®
Referral Program
You not only save money by having a Port-A-Cool, you also make money
too!
If you did not receive your PRP
sign-up form when you purchased your Port-A-Cool unit(s), and you wish
to participate in the referral program, then just fill out this simple
form. PRP numbers are not issued automatically when you purchase a
Port-A-Cool. You must request this authorization.
After reading the agreement, fill in
all the information and where you want us to send your checks. You
will be issued a PRP number within 24 hours.
Port-A-Cool Referral Program Agreement
In
consideration of the mutual terms and conditions contained herein,
Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals and Referral Participant agree as follows:
(1) Participant is not an employee or distributor of Port-A-Cool Sales
& Rentals or General Shelters, Inc. for any purpose whatsoever,
including any employee benefit plans or programs offering insurance of
any kind. (2) Participant is at least 18 years of age. (3) Participant
has a social security number. (4) Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals will pay
Participant $50.00 each time a new customer is referred to Port-A-Cool
along with Participant's Port-A-Cool Referral Program (PRP) number.
"New customer" as described herein is an individual, company,
organization or government agency who has purchased at least one of
the units described in section #7 of this agreement as a result of the
referral information provided to Port-A-Cool by Participant. (5)
Participant must have a valid PRP number registered with Port-A-Cool.
(6) Port-A-Cool will make payment to Participant within 10 days of
delivery and/or payment of invoice from the generated sale. (7) Sales
generated from Participant's referral must be at least one of the
following Port-A-Cool models: 16" Port-A-Cool, 24" Port-A-Cool, 36"
(Single or Adjustable Speed) Port-A-Cool, 48" Port-A-Cool, Hazardous
Location Port-A-Cool, 16" Air Powered Port-A-Cool, 36" Air Powered
Port-A-Cool or Port-A-Filler. Port-A-Cool parts, products and
accessories do not count as unit sales for a Participant's PRP reward.
(8) In the unlikely event that any dispute should occur concerning a
Participant's referral after a delivery, proven customer confirmation
must be in writing within thirty (30) days after delivery. (9) This
agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State Of California.
(10) Any false claims, lawsuits or civil disputes are grounds for
cancellation of the Agreement with Port-A-Cool and any Participant,
including indemnification for attorney's fees. (11) If a Participant
receives payments which total more than $600.00 in a fiscal or tax
year, Participant will be issued a Form 1099 in January of the next
year. This information must be reported to the Internal Revenue
Service. (12) Participant is responsible for reporting any local,
state or federal tax due. (13) If a new customer has already been
contacted by Port-A-Cool or has previously contacted Port-A-Cool,
however, later presents Participants PRP number and a sale is
generated, Participant will still receive a PRP $50.00 reward.
(14) If after delivery is made to any new customer and payment is made
without mention of any Participant's PRP number, then no payment will
be made to any Participant. Port-A-Cool must receive PRP information
before delivery and invoice payment.

$50.00 for every new customer I refer to Port-A-Cool!
